To provide Syracuse and Central New York businesses of all sizes a cost effective means for demonstrating their love of the Syracuse community, promote their business, and support organizations serving our community.  

What is WeLoveSyracuse.com?

The premise behind WeLoveSyracuse.com is simple - the Syracuse area is a great place to live, work, and play.  The Syracuse businesses found on our website believe this as well.   

The WeLoveSyracuse.com homepage is designed to showcase those businesses serving the Syracuse and Central New York community.  Modeled after the successful MillionDollarHomepage, our goal is to create a collage of those businesses in our community.

The main goal of WeLoveSyracuse.com is to provide a demonstration of the economic diversity in the Syracuse and Central New York region.  We accomplish this through the WeLoveSyracuse.com homepage, which is designed to showcase the Syracuse business community.  Ultimately, the Syracuse businesses represented on our homepage are those businesses that make the Syracuse area a great place to live, work, and play.  With the ability for businesses to target a specific local community or a specific market sector, businesses can join the WeLoveSyracuse.com community in a manner of their choosing. 

Our goal is to provide businesses of all sizes the ability to become part of the WeLoveSyracuse.com community.  With various pricing options, we provide an opportunity for a business of any size to particiapte in our community.  In addition, the various WeLoveSyracuse.com communities will provide support to local organizations serving our community.  Our 'virtual bricks' are currently being sold for $150 each, which gets you five years of exposure on the site plus additional opportunities to post jobs and consumer promotions.  So, for what amounts to $30 per year, your Syracuse business can become a part of a celebration of the Syracuse business community.  And we believe that these connections will result in expanded business opportunities, an increased sense of community, and greater visibility for Syracuse.   

In addition, WeLoveSyracuse.com invites our 'brick owners' to post jobs, coupons, and other promotions on the site.  All Ultimate Members receive one year of free postings. 

Finally, we want the community to benefit - for every Community section that is completed, we will be donating at least $3,000 to local charities.  Which means that we hope to donate up to $150,000 to local charities serving the Syracuse community. 

Who Are We?

WeLoveSyracuse.com was started by David Schneid to allow both large and small companies in the area to promote themselves, as well as to provide a means for visitors to understand that there are jobs, interesting companies, and promotions from companies in the area.  By trying to aggregate all these various companies into one site, and providing additional services to brick buyers, at a nominal price (for a limited number of bricks, you will own your brick for five years for only $150), David believes that a sustainable business can be created, while also providing a benefit to the community.

A native of Camillus, David graduated from West Genesee, received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University, and his MBA from Columbia Business School.
